About me

I am a self-employed sports coach and fitness trainer with a massive love for films and music. I stay in the near Inverness in the beautiful Highland region in Scotland.

I am also a supremely talented artist as you can see from my uploaded pictures.

I love anything of a physical nature, from sports to walking, running, weight training and so on.

My Business is called OJ Sports and i run various clubs around the inverness area.

I also run two ladies toning classes, one in kiltarlity on a Tuesday from 8 - 9 and one in kirkhill on a Wednesday from 8:30 - 9:30. If anyone fancies joining just let me know.

From October onwards i will be expanding my business to encompass schools in the inverness area which should be an exciting experience.

I also train the Lovat Shinty team and would like to think that my training has helped turn them into a fitter, faster and stronger team.
